What are the delivery times?

Perth Metro deliveries are usually on Fridays. We aim for a 2-day delivery period, but it can take up to 5 days. Orders with incense fragrance may take longer.

How do I apply a code or coupon?

Add items to your cart. At checkout, enter your code in the promo code section. A green tick means the code is valid; a red X means it's invalid or your cart doesn't meet the requirements.

How do I make payments?

Payments are automatic at checkout via PayPal & most recognized  Credit Cards. You can also pay by Direct Debit or PayPal & most recognized  Credit Cards upon invoice. COD is accepted; have cash ready on delivery day. For EFT, provide a texted receipt. Pay accounts on or before the due date. Communicate if you need more time.
